The Circumcision of a Packing Machine

After the parts are created, there's a lot of excess around the part that must be cut off in order to have a finished part. This is done using a trim press, which punches the part out of the continuous sheet and cuts it up into pieces. These pieces are then fed into an industrial plastic grinder to reclaim the material. The grinders consist of two rotors full of blades spinning towards each other and are erasing 3000 RPMs or so.
