Awakening Slowly
I wake up any time between four 30 to five a m. The first thing that i do is get a glass of water and sip it like wine. From five to five 30, i meditate. My smart watch records this apperiod as light sleep because of how low my heart rate goes down while i meditation. Every ten minutes there is a bell that reminds me that it's been ten minutes. And after three bells, i know that my meditation is over. So whats changeis what goes inside these four sections. But the routine has been tant. Here is the current routine that i have.
