The Love, Want and Need in Business

I'm trying to rack my brains and how you can correct. Because both my businesses are in two different lights. My engineering business is a want and need. I screen business in a love and want, but it's not a need. And you creating the wholesale side of things, you reckon that creates a need? Yeah, because I think you could then open up,. you could supply schools, you could supply it, day nurseries. You get a different customer that will order from you more regularly.
