Is There a Moral Obligation to Put the Money Back to Work?

If you generate wealth, i think that you should be bound by society, to put the money back to work. Bill gates took a different path, which is to basically take all those profits, se it down and put it into the gate's foundation. He he wouldn't have ben able to do that if he hadn't sold in the first amy. Let's just celebrate that, not some tactical thing. But one other point i'd make, som op like you, you said that we should tax the the wealth creation and distribute it. There's another way to get that redistribution of wealth: enable access to the investments earlier - public pension funds or endowment.
