Is That a Fraud?

A license is nt everything. And in psychology it's especially kind of a bad situation right now. So just like i'm just encouraging to pump the breaks a little before you go saying that publicly, because you can get yourself in trouble. A fraud is one scam is another, to a lesser extent, snake oil. Once you accuse some one of that, you're accusing them of not just giving out a bad service, but knowing they arei lying about it.
