Is Remote Work Here to Stay?
I think remote work is here to stay. I don't think there'll be much potential to abuse it going forward as labor markets have changed. The more interesting question to me is about founding and headquarters. Silicon Valley is the best place to found a company because you have the highest concentration of second generation entrepreneurs. It's where you're the best venture capitalist for the most part in the US. So my general recommendation is founded here, build your E-staff here.
