How Do You Structure Quarterly Reviews?

Yehy imea: As long as you're spending the time, you like to work on something important. So i have two questions here that are on basically the same thing. One is how do you structure quarterly reviews? Do you stick to going over weekly reviews, or is there an introspective piece separate from the old plans? Right?
