How to Get a Good Night's Sleep

Many people are struggling with sleep so i thought i would give some quick tips on my nightly routine. I really try to make it a point to watch the sun set every single day, not through a window, but directly somewhere where i can get those direct, unfiltered rays into my eyes and skin. So once the sun sets, i go into my house. I shut off all the lights. During the winter especially, this is great because i can turn on the firea and i light bees wax candles all around my house.
