How to Inject Positivity Into Your Life
After work, carve out 30 minutes do something that you love. Get in the car and listen to your favorite artist from middle school. My favorite way to work out is kick boxing and dancing. After my break up, i'm not going to force myself to do yoga or strength training. I need all the good stuff i can get.
