The most important thing to look for, atleast hom interested. What you think about this for selecting emcloyes is fire in the balley. And i want em to be able to take criticism from their friends and colleagues. I can't emphasize enough how important written oral communication are. If you can communicate it better, people will want to work with you more. People will think more highly of your work. It's a total win.
