Web Two and Web Three Are Different Types of Hybrid Networks

I think that the potential for Web three to be socially disruptive is enormous. And to be potentially really good ways, you know, I think dows, at least as they're currently being formulated, are a great example of how this could work. The only thing I worry about is what happens when we start having extreme right-wing dows or extreme fascist dows. We need to set up structures that can keep things egalitarian.
