Weather Balloons, or Commercial Aircraft?

It's just not smart to launch yourno, fairly expensive equipment when there's a tun of lightning that could cause damage to it. But the movement slowly, perhaps to the left, slowly, then to the right, but staying generally apper,. That feels like air currents moving something. And if it's a heat lightning storm, it just depends on how quickly that is moving through the area. None of what we've said, whether weather, balloon or commercial aircraft, none of that is a definitive answer. Not. Because i think the first thing we need to do is figure out whether fox has some local airports.
