The Ciber Attacks - Do They Lead to Death?
There have been two incidents of cibr attacks leading to death. One was at the beginning of the cove 19 pandemic, a group of hackers hacked a hospital in germany. The other one is apparently a baby born in alabama who ended up with severe brain injury because of a ciber attack on the hospital where the mother was. Nowo doms mentioned just now that things like turning off the power to hospitals could possibly maybe fall under the definition of an international criminal court offence. But as i say, it is still very much an open discussion on this account.
