Don't ever make your people guess what kind of mood you're in when you come ind o work. I follow three things very habitually every morning. The first thing i do every single morning is journal. And that clears a mind. It clears the brain, it clears space. Every day i write a minimum of three things i am grate for or that make me smile. One of those two things have to fit in one of those two boxes, ok? So i open a new document, and that is wiing a hundred, 65 pages long, beautiful.
