The Importance of Career Exploration
The idea that at 18, you're supposed to pick a major or pick a job that you're going to stay in for the rest of your life is to me kind of ridiculous. I remind people that like you's going to grow and change and learn new things about yourself. And it's okay to make different choices based on kind of those new findings about yourself. "I feel like with every job you have, every experience you have, you can take something away from that," she says.
