Will There Be a New Civil War?
The big question is this, will there be a new civil war? I think since a lot has changed, and since the iranians are also very friendly with the chinese,. The iranians have also been talking to afghanistan for ten years, and relations are good. They're feeling very strong at the present time. So collectively, china, parkestan and iran could help restore ganistan. And let's hope they do so.
