Holding companies, hedge funds, wall street investors are supposedly buying up a ton of the family houses that are on the market and doing other stuff with them. They're not just buying it up and like, flipping it the way you would if you were in one of these really popular reality t v shows where it's a couple or something. Rental properties that are the the actual price of rent is way more expensive than it was before those big companies came throug and bought all the houses. I'd be interested in seeing a a plot, a overtime of rent prices.
