Is There a Capitalist Mode of Production?

De Boer is applying a kind of dialectical reasoning, right? Like one thing creates its opposite. And then once that thing develops to a certain point, it's opposite then becomes,. or it's contrary, then becomes significant. So he does seem to be following Marx's logic. He could have very easily used the word capitalist mode of production. As if there's something about capitalism that doesn't apply here.
