Judicial legitimacy is remarkable. It's kind of like santa claus. Do you don't believe in it, it disappears. We have a pretty good history of presidents complying with judicial rulings - even ones that they detest or disagree with intensely. Which brings to mind a case called youngstown sheet and tube versus sawyer,. also known as the steel seizure case.
