How to Value Your Business on Multiple ARR
Once you get past a million ARR, it's certainly two. Typically B2B SaaS businesses sell on multiple ARR that's dominated by growth. What we're really, really good at is selling to Tuckins, what I call Tuckins to larger private equity firms. And so because of that, we have a pretty high close rate, because we really only take deals of where we feel like we're going to get multiple offers in the range where we think you'll set.
