For 20 21, i started with refinancing my mortgage and took out cash to pay back my parents part of the down payment i'd borrowed to buy my house after my divorce. For 20 22, here's what i'm considering: Self publishing the book i wrote on frugal living, starting a blog, creating a website,. perhaps selling printibles of the tools i've created for myself to be financially accountable and reach my gold. Maybe rent out my house. My elderly dad would like me to move in, as he's lonely selves some unnecessary items i own. Perhaps either change school districts or add a part time job.
