The Importance of Paying Juice

When you're starting at the bottom, you just got to start working doing something and nobody's going to pay you when you have no skills. Another lesson I learned was from the director of photography for the show 24. He said he'd put nine years of his life into the show, and he wouldn't get one dime of residuals from it. So that was another lesson to be about, you know what, I need to own the content. There's no there's no golden ticket to get you in. But you do have to pay juice. Just spending it on a prestigious school doesn't have to be expensive.
