The Power of Meditation
In six months of sitting in a Zen monastery all his symptoms cleared up. So it turns out that what looks like absolutely nothing when we're talking about wakefulness or awareness or this form of human capacity or intelligence can be just about everything. That grew in me for a long time while I was doing molecular biology at MIT in the lab of a Nobel laureate and you know functioning on that kind of a level but there was this other stream that was energizing me through my sitting meditation practice.
