All hospitals in australia are supposed to set up a quality safety framework. And i guess what you're saying is, it was felt like a very silod approach to improving care. Any given clinical interaction is going to involve a multiple of these or standards. So important to sort of set the sene, because there was a hell of a lot of cognitive load and other issues here around expanding and retracting teams with temporary staff coming in for the predicted coverd surgeon and leaving. It a a whole range of stuff there.
