Always have a focus customer that you're centred around. Make sure you're solving their top needs. Starting from the customers and backward from there is going to promise a more success. The right people in their right roles, with their right skill sets, in their right time or phase of the product is key. And then as we've talked about, for each one of the phases, knowing what the product is and isn't. Having a product strategy with help, set expectations with make conversations around partisation ora rejecting new opportunities  that are not part of the poor competency of the product....
