The Joy of Being Present
I find I can get very emotional. So if I get angry, I cry. If I also, if I go out in nature and I just feel the beauty, I can cry so I can cry with joy and I can cries with grief for things I've lost. And it's a lovely experience. The joy is an important part of being present. It doesn't mean that all the things that you perceive with your senses are impermanent. But you can only truly enjoy them if you're in touch with the deeper level of yourself.
