In high school, I was just like a shy kid going through some crazy shit and like didn't know how to express myself. And that just like you're saying, even that shit is traumatic because you're feeling cast out by your peers. But yeah, no, the truth is that's the hardest shit to do in life is reconcile with your trauma. So if your idea of masculinity or manliness or whatever is doing hard shit and grit in your teeth and get through it, work through your trauma that there's nothing harder you'll ever do. That's true.
