Chinese Democracy, Procedure Is Not Important

In chinese style democracy, procedure is not important. The outcome sabot correct? Yes? Yes. Can we really define, can we agree about the definition of our democroce in that way? A maybe north creans agree. But in the west, and then in many places, it is very hard to agree, because the essence of democracy is election. People should have a right to replace their leaders if they if they see the mistakes of the policy makers,. which also give incentives for the policy makers to make their best efforts.
