The Social Credit System in China
When the social credit government blueprint was released in 2014, it was just that it was just a blueprint. It never gave cities and provinces a clear idea of how the social credit system should be rolled out. So some cities would have a system based on numbers, right? And then you add in plus, you plus and minus as when someone does something good or someone like flops a rule. In another city, you would have instead of numbers, you have alphabet ratings, right? Someone rated on the scale of A to F, for example, and you had different names for thesocial credit system,. so it was very messy and just very inconsistent.
