I am never ever going to be fast, so I never want to chase faster and faster and faster times. However, I do have my time from when I did the virtual London. And that's in my head as a great big nag, nag, McNag. So actually, goal B or goal C, I wouldn't mind getting for 30 or a little bit below. That'd be nice. What you need to do is set those goals straight from the off is what are you aiming for? Because if you haven't really got a goal to go for, then you will find yourself flailing around.
