Is There an Equalization of or Funding for Schools?

Many schools are paid for by property taxes, right? That's the certain number one, determined how well your school is financed. The kids who are growing up in low income places need it more. They need it more their parents didn't go to graduate school. We know if a kid's parents went to graduate school, they hear a lot more words and there's more books being read. These kids need it, and this is just perverse.
