How to Deal With Fear of Abandonment

I have BPD and a little PTSD mix which is borderline personality disorder. The definition of that is fear of abandonment so you know dad says come and figure out he doesn't for life I'm just like I don't believe anyone, it's been an issue throughout my whole life. Hollywood isn't exactly the greatest place to learn how to believe people dude. But I love this shit I'm gonna do my best I can and just keep doing that.
