The head of OPEC said that the price is where it should not be and cast blame at speculators for this particular point in oil's history. The market would jump all over the place with speculators there you have every second trades going off, says Tom Zoellner. "Nobody ever complains like OPEC when the prices go skyrocketing up to 100," he adds.
