Is Fidoja Agrestis Safe?
Fidoja Agrestis is something that's been talked about often. Andrew Huberman has somewhat popularized this, talking to Derek from More Plains More Dates and Joe Rogan. It's a Nigerian shrub or bush; I kind of think of as a Nigerian tumbleweed. There's a couple different mechanisms. One is it does increase LH. We've seen this in the studies in mostly rodent studies. And then we've also seen it anecdotally.
