How to Deal With Pressure From SLT
I don't think I've got any advice because the scenario where you are, the particular thing is so important. Life is too short to work for idiots and you're too valuable. If you're marking because somebody collects your books in every three weeks, I would question, are you working for the right person? You know that's not very helpful, but I don't have any practical advice about how to get out of that situation.
