In some ways, i think employees know this, and this is part of why theyrr sometimes frustrations and sometimes even back lash responses to these quick trainings. People can sometimes feel like you're taking a very serious issue and diminishing its importance by just boiling it down into a quick afternoon session to check a box. That's another way in which they have limited effects.
