Is There a Number in Your Text Messages?

Chris cembra: I tend to be more what is a recency biis you can focus on what has happened lately instead of looking more long term. So i don't want to go back and send text messages to people that, you know, influenced me 20 years ago. My big action item from this section is just to notice those things more frequently. And the action itm specifically is, send encouraging text messages more often.
