Ask yourself, does my awareness suffer? And it doesn't need to be just suffering. You're then putting it onto the character that you've created. It allows a little bit of space for you to step back and go, huh. No, I don't need to suffer. That's how it works. We might have limited to beliefs that hold us back. But at some level, every belief is limited. So there's knowing of who we are and experiential. That's what we're not asking to believe in anything. We're asking you to experience it.
