Are your customers willing tor n your product to to other people? You know, gallop has some terrifying surveys that show, you know, only 30 % of the people are engaged. But companies that are not engaged on employes, and they're turned off, are going downhill.
What does it take to be a great CEO in 2022? Leading with a True North, and breaking down some of the crusty hierarchical structures. Some leaders get it, and some really don’t. During Bill George’s tenure at Medtronic, the company’s market cap rose from $1 billion to $60 billion. He believes that leading with authenticity is one of the reasons he was able to help do that.
