The Pros and Cons of Proactive Therapy

I think the way it would be perceived would have a lot to do with whether it is presented as like proactive therapy and service of preventing future injury or proactive therapy in service of some sort of performance gain. I think that those questions would be front and center, but I think you'd need to have bargaining around it because no matter how voluntary you say it is. You really do need protection within the system to prevent guys from having to succumb to some pressure to have it.
