Isis in Afghanistan
I think ther were a couple of issues. One was the huge efforts that a moe, mainly civil society, made to get our afghans at risk, at political risk, out of afghanistan. That was a huge world wide effort, c not so much by governments, but by civil society organizations. And now we could well see islamic state in a inescalating conflict with e, with the telemen. It's interesting to see how things might play out there.
