The practice of texts in this book brings out level of textual study of philology that sometimes is overlooked or iss simply not engaged in when we come up through different traditions. The patient becomes a critical player in this too, because the patient is also getting exposed to, often a conversation between the physic and the student. And depending on who the patient is, if it's a small child, the conversationis obviously very different than it would be with an adult.
