I Love Overhead Lighting
I just find overhead lighting incredibly aggressive, especially interesting. It reminds me of getting up in the middle of the night as a kid to get up,. or being pulled out of a routine for a reason. I think if there were two things that if you took them out of my living room now, they would both be as impactful to how the room looked. The first is the sofa, which we know is in that top ten on that list. The second is all my plants. And again, several studies show the positive impact of nature or access to nature or plants to you about physical and mental health.
