Developing Decision Making Capacity for AI Governance
Risks are not yet nearly clear or present enough for this to be something which is basically going to happen. But it might be the case in the future that there is some space for international agreements to reduce risk. And I think we're much more likely to make decisions well in the future if the people who have decision making power, people who know about different factors or feed into decisions and can give accurate sound advice.
