The World's Most Beautiful Bank Notes

The new Norwegian bank notes are official now. They don't start hitting people's wallets and purses until around the middle of next year. But one thing that I did find interesting was this new story said these bank notes have been described as the world's most beautiful bank notes in quotes. Brady Haren 2016: World's coolest bank notes but what this doesn't seem to me is is almost designed by committee like they've made some bold choices.
