The Role of the FDA in the DEI Process

I think there's the reality of how do we not let it just become a box that gets checked, right? And I'm not sure if they're going to be able to mandate it because, you know, if you mandate it, then you have to enforce it. So I think it's just providing resources, providing grants to more DEI projects, as well as making sure that they continue to have this conversation with the industry. That's probably where I see the government's role really. But if, I mean, I think there is, they are going in the right direction.
