The Importance of Renting
The hardest part for me is having such a huge amount of net worth tied up in an absolutely idiosyncratic investment. I think everybody just looks as like a mortgage payment as a rental payment now, and younger people can just block out the actual total cost of the house because it's essentially irrelevant. But also, like, no, you make a perfect example. We love real estate because it's the leverage, right?
