The Importance of Zero Risk
There's always going to be a certain element of danger and in all sports that probably applies. I don't think the cyclists want zero risk, we hardly describe us as anything like Chapman's peak. But there's an element where you just push yourself just a little bit more than you're comfortable with. So it's not about zero risk, it's about reducing risk to what is acceptable. Until the sport understands what's causing risk, I don't know how they can ever answer that.
