Why Government Can't Do Things
CNN's John Sutter says he thinks there are three things that keep government from making progress. One is clogocracy, the other two are brain drain and a certain point in time when civil servants realize they can double their salary by going to private sector. The third thing? A deeply divided country where we could never do anything on any of these issues with 70 per cent support.
