Can You Make Up for a Bad Night of Sleep?

Mariana says you can't make up for a bad night of sleep with a good work out. The amount of recovery that goes on, the amount of rect like repair brain when you're having a good night's rest is what allows you to make progress in a long term. But don't use it as an excuse to be like burn out and, like getting high as fock and like passing out. Don't drink too much alcohol or smoke before going to bed because they could affect your sleep negatively.
